There is no class during that day, so we managed to do our group meeting to discuss on what to include in our final findings. We also set the time for the final interview with the company as we need to proposed the new system which we need to re-engineer the current system.We decided that on next Monday(1Oct 2007) we will meet En Azmi. Other that that, we discuss on the benefits/weakness of the new system.

As we had planned last Thursday, today we’ve met En Azmi for our final findings on the payroll part. We need to know how the process of the payroll.We also discussed with En Azmi on our new system that we had proposed. As the result, we think the suitable system that may be replace with the current system is by using auto calculation. On our last project plan, we decided that database will be good to implement but the company is not big enough in term of the total of workers are only 20+ employees. So, En Azmi agreed that the new system (auto calculation) that we had proposed are more relevent and suitable enough for the small company.
We also prepared the slides on our final findings to be present in the class on Tuesday(2 Oct 2007).
